About this policy
This policy explains how Kassadin ("we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with this product information and support website. For privacy questions or requests, email hisea@kassadintech.com.
We do not sell products directly through this website. There are no customer accounts, checkout pages or payment forms. Purchases made through links to Amazon, Walmart or another retailer are handled by that retailer under its own policies.
Information you choose to provide
If you email us for product advice or support, we receive the information you send, which may include your name, email address, product model, retailer, order reference, message and any attachments you add. Please send only information relevant to your request. Do not send payment card details, passwords or sensitive health information.
Our contact form prepares a message in your browser. Selecting "Prepare email" does not submit the form to us or upload files. We receive the message only if you send it through your email application or another email service. Copying the prepared message uses your device's clipboard. Your email provider handles the message under its own privacy terms.
Information used to deliver the website
The website is hosted on Vercel. When you visit, hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time, referrer and error or security logs.
